Planning · For mom
Before anything begins.
Cycle, symptoms and patterns, held in the same private timeline that will later carry pregnancy and recovery. Preparation, not prediction.
Why planning belongs in the same app
Cycle apps sell prediction and forget the person. They are precise about a fertile window and silent about the fact that the woman using them is tired, anxious or hopeful, and that those states matter to the plan.
Mommy Refuel holds the cycle in the same private timeline as her sleep and her mood, so patterns are seen in context. And when a pregnancy begins, nothing is re-typed into a second app. The story simply continues.
- 01
Cycle and symptoms
Log what the body is doing, in her words. Patterns surface across months without turning her into a spreadsheet.
- 02
Fertile-window estimate
An estimate, clearly labelled as one. Mommy Refuel does not promise medical accuracy and never pretends to.
- 03
Getting ready
Health preparation, questions for a doctor, and the context that matters before the first appointment. It carries forward into pregnancy instead of being re-typed.
How it works
How it will work
- 01Log the cycle
A cycle view exists in the app today, in an early form. Periods and symptoms are logged in her words, or read from Apple Health.
- 02See patterns across months
Energy, sleep and mood next to the cycle, month after month, without turning her into a spreadsheet.
- 03A clearly-labelled estimate
A fertile-window estimate that says it is an estimate, every time. Mommy Refuel never dresses a guess up as accuracy.
- 04Get ready for the first appointment
Questions for a doctor, the context that matters, and a summary that carries forward into Pregnancy.
Facts
- Status
- Cycle tracking exists today, early. The full Planning chapter is coming next, without a promised date.
- Cycle data stays private
- It never appears in analytics, on the widget, in Siri, on the lock screen, or in the context sent to Refuel AI.
- Never shared by role
- No Care Circle role, including a partner, sees cycle data unless she explicitly chooses to share it.
- Apple Health
- Read-only cycle import exists today to save typing.
What Planning is not
- Not a contraceptive method and not a fertility diagnosis.
- Not a prediction engine sold as certainty.
- Not a place where a partner can see her cycle by default.
