What Mommy Refuel is
Mommy Refuel is a wellbeing and family-organisation product for parents and caregivers. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice or diagnosis, and is not a substitute for professional care.
Not medical or emergency advice
The Refuel Score and any guidance in the app are supportive signals based on what you self-report — they can be imprecise and are not clinical assessments. For any medical concern, contact your midwife, doctor or local emergency services. Mommy Refuel is not an emergency service. If you or your baby are in danger, call your local emergency number.
Your account & eligibility
You must be an adult to use Mommy Refuel. You're responsible for keeping your device and any account secure, and for the accuracy of the information you enter. If you invite others into a family, you're responsible for choosing who you trust and what access they receive.
Acceptable use
- Use the app only for lawful, personal, family purposes.
- Don't attempt to break, probe or misuse the service, or access data that isn't yours.
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes others' rights.
Your content
The information and content you enter remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the app for you — for example, to store, sync (if you enable it) and process a minimised context when you use the AI. We don't claim ownership of your family's data, and we don't sell it.
Beta software
Mommy Refuel is currently offered in TestFlight beta. That means features may change, break or be removed, and the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis while we build. Please keep your own backups of anything irreplaceable.
Availability & changes
We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service, and we may revise these terms. For material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the revised terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mommy Refuel is provided without warranties, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
