Getting started

Do I need an account?

No. Check-ins, the Refuel Score, recovery and journal all work as a guest. Only live Refuel AI asks you to sign in, with Sign in with Apple.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone, in TestFlight beta, in English and Ukrainian. An Apple Watch companion is in development and not part of the current beta.

How do I join the beta?

Join early access and we will email a TestFlight invite as spots open.

Is my data private?

Yes, by default. Check-ins, notes and journal stay on your device unless you turn on cloud sync. We never sell health or family data.

Can I export my data?

Yes, from the Privacy Centre in the app, in a tap.

What happens when I delete everything?

Everything is removed, on the device and in the cloud, including widget and Siri surfaces, and it cannot be restored.

Is the Refuel Score a medical assessment?

No. It is a supportive, self-reported signal and can be imprecise. It is not a diagnosis.

Can the AI override the safety layer?

Never. A deterministic safety engine decides when a moment needs more care.

How does Sign in with Apple work?

Natively. You can use a private relay email, and we only receive what Apple passes along.
